Chidambaram makes cars, mobiles cheaper in Interim Budget

Income tax rates remain unchanged in finance minister's interim budget. However, he decided to continue with 10 pc surcharge on 'super-rich' having annual income above Rs 1 crore. There will also be 5 pc surcharge on corporates with turnover of Rs 10 cr.
