Asin, 30, tied the knot with the Micromax founder in a Christian wedding ceremony followed by Hindu rituals in Delhi on January 19. Both the ceremonies were attended by Bollywood star and the couple's close friend Akshay Kumar, who also played the cupid in their love story.The couple got married in a Christian style ceremony followed by Hindu ritual wedding in New Delhi on January 19, 2016. Asin and Rahul, who married as per Christian rituals at the Dusit Devarana hotel in New Delhi, hosted a wedding reception in Mumbai for their friends and relatives on January 23. Along with close friend Akshay Kumar, who was the best man at their wedding, the reception in Mumbai was attended by many Bollywood celebrities like Jacqueline Fernandez, Rishi Kapoor, Tabu, Shilpa Shetty, Sushmita Sen, R Balki, Chetan Bhagat and many others.
