Deepika Padukone's best films

Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey (2010): Film-maker Ashutosh Gowarikar picks up unusual themes. The problem is, not each one of them ends up being a Lagaan. KHJJS was about the famous Chittagong Uprising against the British rule. Predictably, Deepika was one of the revolutionaries in it. What was not predictable was the way in which she underplayed her character. A treat to watch, if you have an appetite for real subjects shown for a long, long time.
