The modern day Silk Smitha who gives her fans sleepless nights has taken a break from movies to lose some weight. Her fans are eagerly waiting for her to return to screen. Here is wishing her the best on her big day. Yes, it is Namitha's 33rd birthday. The starlet shot to fame when she was crowned Miss Surat in 1998 and later participated in the Miss India Pageant in 2001. This helped her bag some commercials which in turn paved the way for her into the film industry. The Gujju girl made her debut in a Malayalam movie after being offered the role by director Siddiqui.
