Hema Malini to romance much younger Rajkumar Rao in Shilma Mirchi

Taking the trend of starring with a younger male lead one step further, veteran Bollywood actress Hema Malini has agreed to be cast opposite an actor much younger to her. Dreamgirl Hema Malini is all set to romance Rajkumar Rao in Ramesh Sippy's Shimla Mirchi. The national award winner has stated that he is excited to about the unusual pairing. The film will be a rom-com. "I am extremely excited to romance Hema Malini on screen," Rajkummar told IANS. Reportedly, the film is about a mother and daughter falling for the same guy. And this lucky guy is played by Rajkumar, while Hema Malini, who is much older to Rao, will portray the role of the mother. Rajkumar further added, "I so far have not got the chance to meet Hema ji but it's a dream come true to share the screen space with the 'dream girl'."
