Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif starrer, action packed flick Bang Bang has earned a whopping 27.54 crore on the first day of its release, making into the top five openings of all time in Bollywood. With that figure, Bang Bang beats Salman Khan's Kick, which earned Rs 26.40 crore on the opening day. Bang Bang which has hit more than 4500 screens, is the widest release ever for a Bollywood film. The film is also Hrithik Roshan's biggest opening in his career while Katrina Kaif gets her third film in the top five openings in Bollywood. Directed by Siddharth Raj Anand, Bang Bang which is the Bollywood remake of Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz starrer Knight and Day, also stars Danny Denzongpa, Pawan Malhotra, Jaaved Jaffrey.
