James Bond bosses denied permission to film in Welsh Assembly

Politicians in Wales have rejected a request from James Bond film producers to shoot scenes for the next action film in the main chamber of their National Assembly building in Cardiff. 007 filmmakers had planned to use the Senedd's debate hall for a sequence in "Spectre", but it has since been revealed that local officials denied permission for the shoot late last year. The assembly statement read: "The Senedd's Siambr (chamber) is the home of Welsh democracy and seat of government for Wales.
