Karan Johar makes acting debut in 'Bombay Velvet'

Upcoming neo-noir drama 'Bombay Velvet', directed by Anurag Kashyap, has unveiled its first poster featuring Ranbir Kapoor as Johnny Balraj. The film is based on historian Gyan Prakash's book 'Mumbai Fables'. Set in Bombay of the 1960s, the movie tells the story of a street fighter, Johnny Balraj, and an aspiring jazz singer, Rosie, played by Anushka Sharma.
