Manisha Koirala turns Sadhvi!

Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala has turned Sadhvi.Manisha and her mother took part in a religious procession taken out from Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar on Wednesday.Clad in saffron like a sadhvi and sitting on a chariot as part of a shobhayatra, the actress said it was too early to say she was preparing to embrace a life of renunciation. It gives rise to speculation that the religious ceremony is being performed on her behalf as a gesture of gratefulness to the almighty for the actress's victory in her battle with cancer.Mahamrityunjay Ekadash Rudra Mahayagya is being performed here from tomorrow by Mahayogi Pilot Baba and his aides and today's procession (shobhayatra) was a curtain-raiser on the event.Dressed in saffron like a sadhvi, the famous actress was not recognised by many as she passed through the main thoroughfares of the holy city in a chariot as part of the procession consisting of nearly 500 foreign women with earthen pitchers on their head.Mahayogi Pilot Baba, Tatrikacharya Chadraswami,Mahamandaleshwar Swami Arjunpuri and Swami Rsanand led the procession in another chariot which covered a distance of 5 kmstarting from Har Ki Pauri and going up to yagyashala via Upper Road, Shivamurti, Tulsi Chawk, Shankaracharya chawk and Kankhal chawk market.
