One of the most expensive residential properties in Mumbai, Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat is luxury re-Shah Rukh Khan’s majestic, neoclassical columned bungalow in Bandra, ‘Mannat’ gives nothing about its residents, except that it is home to one of the biggest stars in Bollywood. The Badshah and his designer wife opened their doors to Architectural Digest, (a home décor magazine) and have in turn given the world a glimpse into their ‘humble abode’. Behind Mannat, located in Bandstand, Bandra, he created a six-floor huge building, which is an extension of the bungalow -- replete with a huge drawing room, library, gym, swimming pool, office, guest room, entertainment room, a basement car-parking area, and much more. In an interview with the magazine, Gauri revealed that the interiors are based entirely on her vision and creativity. She also stated that the effort she put into it was ‘intensive and eye opening’ and it involved years of sourcing and travelling, till she got everything just right.
