Mexican-American actress Salma Hayek thinks having plastic surgery is "a big risk" but she has not completely ruled out going under the knife in the future.The 48-year-old actress, who runs the cosmetics company Nuance Salma Hayek, says she is not planning to get plastic surgery now."I don't really take big risks when it comes to beauty. I think a big risk is plastic surgery. I'm very conservative in my beauty routine. I don't know if I would never get plastic surgery. I'm not planning on it right now." The "Tale of Tales" star feels Botox destroys people and said she would never get one.
