Review: Athiya-Sooraj's Hero is an entertainer

The way Salman Khan had been endorsing his home production Hero, made us believe that certainly the film would be promising. He has had other home productions too, but he had never promoted those so passionately. And our guess was right! Hero is a thoroughly entertaining film. With its share of romance, ‘maar-dhaar’, melodious tunes, exotic locales, emotions and suspense; the film is a regular pot-boiler; but entertaining nonetheless. The chemistry of Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty is sizzling. The couple is a good discovery, this is good job done by Salman’s production house. And the parts of the film show it clearly that it s a Salman Khan film. This is good development. Not long ago, a Salman Khan movie was a hi, only because it was a Salman film. But the actor and also the producer in him has started respecting content.
