Reema Lagoo appeared in numerous Marathi as well as Hindi films and television shows. In late 1970s or early 1980s, she started acting in Hindi and Marathi films.She married Marathi actor Vivek Lagoo.[citation needed] After marriage, she took the name Reema Lagoo. The couple separated a few years later. They have a daughter named Mrunmayee .Sshe rose in prominence with the film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988) and did many films Aruna Raje's Rihaee , Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) ,"Saajan" (1991, Gumrah (1993) ,Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!
