Mystery bite mark on Sunanda

Who is responsible for the injury marks on Sunanda Pushkar

Autopsy report stated that Pushkar likely died of an overdose of anti-depressant drugs. News reports suggested that her upper extremity was dotted with over a dozen of injury marks on hand, an arm, chin, and neck and these were termed as "scuffle marks".
