Indore (Madhya Pradesh) tops the list of cleanest cities, as per Swachh Survekshan ' title=' Swachh Survekshan '>Swachh Survekshan 2017 ' title=' Swachh Survekshan ' title=' Swachh Survekshan '>Swachh Survekshan 2017 '>Swachh Survekshan 2017 followed by Bhopal, Vizag, Surat, Mysuru,Tiruchirapalli, New Delhi Municipal council, Navi Mumbai,Tirupati and Vadodara.
Union Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu on Thursday released the Swachh Survekshan ' title=' Swachh Survekshan '>Swachh Survekshan 2017 report which had the Swachh Bharat rankings of 434 cities based on their level of cleanliness.
"Happy to announce results of SwachhSurvekshan2017 survey. I would call these results as ‘Citizens’ Verdict’ on sanitation in Urban areas!" Naidu added, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh are two other success stories, with most cities improving cleanliness rankings . All cities surveyed in MP and Jharkhand improved their cleanliness levels compared to previous survey said Venkaiah Naidu at Swachh Survekshan.
