Terror funding: NIA to produce arrested separatists in court today | ||||||||

The The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will on Tuesday produce all the seven separatists, arrested on Monday, in a Delhi court over terror funding case. The seven Kashmiri separatists, including Nayeem Khan, Bitta Karate, Altaf Fantosh (son-in-law of Syed Ali Shah Geelani), were arrested by the NIA on charges of receiving funds from Pakistan to sponsor terror activities and stone-pelting protests in the Kashmir Valley. Raids were conducted by the agency in Srinagar, Jammu, Delhi and Haryana and incriminating evidences were seized against those involved in receiving, acting as intermediaries and final beneficiaries of funds coming from Pakistan. | ||||||||
