The Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed the news on Twitter and wrote that the player (they did not name the player) was isolated after he showed the symptoms two days ago.
"A player from one of the sides featuring in this evening’s match has tested positive. The player had showed symptoms two days ago and had been immediately isolated.
